Māris Logins, senior associate, moderated a session at conference devoted to the latest developments of PPP project financing and related draft legislation. Law and finance experts from PricewaterhouseCooper, Swedbank and other leading private sector companies and stakeholders were represented on the panel of the speakers. The conference was held on September 25, 2008 organized by the Latvian Investments and Development Agency (LIAA) and was attended by auditorium exceeding 250 persons.
